The Griffin’s Irish Pub in Modena has opened the following positions for STAFF recruitment:

BARISTA (PUBLICAN) – PUB MANAGER

With comprehensive capacities and interpersonal skills in relationship with customers, the candidate must constantly communicate with the Manager on duty and management of the point of sale.

Accustomed and prepared to work in a team with dynamism and willpower, the candidate has developed a consolidated passion for the world of beer and pubs.

Knowledge of IT systems is required with particular attention to warehouse and depot management, bill of materials and goods stock up. Some basic knowledge of Business Economics will be welcome.

Willing to work under stress, prepared to evaluate and achieve Company goals, must highlight the ability to relate with customers even in abnormal situations, where it will have to mediate and avoid conflicts.

Knowledge of the Italian language is essential.
