Some of our specialties:
“Pulled pork” pork shoulder prepared according to the traditional recipe “Slow Cooked” of the southern United States, wants a long cooking over low heat and becomes so tender that it can be frayed with a fork.

Pork Shank, baked pork knuckle 24 hours with spices and rosemary served with cropped jacket filled with garlic flavored ranch sauce and chives.

How the Chicken Conquered the World
The epic begins 10,000 years ago in an Asian jungle and ends today in kitchens all over the world. The chickens that saved Western civilization were discovered, according to legend, by the side of a road in Greece in the first decade of the fifth century B.C.

The bread-enclosed convenience food known as the “sandwich” is attributed to John Montagu, fourth earl of Sandwich (1718–1792), a British statesman and notorious profligate and gambler, who is said to be the inventor of this type of food so that he would not have to leave his gaming table to take supper. In fact, Montagu was not the inventor of the sandwich; rather, during his excursions in the Eastern Mediterranean, he saw filled pita breads and small canapés and sandwiches served by the Greeks and Turks during their mezes, and copied the concept for its obvious convenience.

Tex-Mex (from Texan and Mexican) is a fusion of Mexican and American cuisines, deriving from the culinary creations of the Tejano people living in Texas. It has spread from border states such as Texas and others in the Southwestern United States to the rest of the country as well as Canada. Tex-Mex is most popular in Texas and neighboring areas, especially nearby states in both the US and Mexico.

A sausage is a product based on cylindrical meat, usually made of minced meat, often pork, beef or veal, along with salt, spices and other aromas and breadcrumbs, enclosed by a skin in natural gut. The meat from our sausages is marinated in ALE beer for 24 hours before being processed.

Chicken and Bacon BBQ
These BBQ chicken breasts were perfectly tasty even on their own. But we thought of wrapping chicken breasts with pork belly, which is why they have become even tastier. This chicken wrapped in bacon is chicken breast seasoned with brown sugar and spices, then wrapped in bacon and cooked until caramelized for a perfect and crisp finish.
